Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If you are local and have selected immediate delivery, please refer to your order confirmation for a live, up-to-date delivery status. If you’re not local, sign up for our updates to track our expansion.

Legends aren’t made overnight, but our mission is to ship your order as quickly as possible. The 1-2 business days processing time is to make sure your order is correct and good to go. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is received, processed, and handed off to our shipping partners. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We always expect to stay within our estimated processing times, but if anything doesn’t go to plan, we’ll keep you updated. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Yeah, we ship there! However, we are not responsible for any delays once it reaches the destination location. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Order tracking is immediate. Once you submit your order, you are involved in the communication process. When we know, you know. Once your order is shipped, you might actually know things before we know...customers first!

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Fenix Coffee Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of you, the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If your order has to be taxed within the US, we have to do it…Sorry.

Damages

The Fenix Coffee Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If it has an address and you can get a letter, you can get a legendary brew!

Returns Policy

For the safety of everyone, we will not accept any returns on any coffee products. Does that mean you should not contact us if you’re not satisfied? No! We grew from the ashes and know our humble beginnings. We will do our best to learn from our mistakes, modify processes to be more efficient, and rise above the rest. We cannot do this without legendary people like you!
